Gateway makes it easy for you to take ownership of your development. It’s an online hub, a gateway to a variety of learning options that include practical workshops, Masterclasses, a downloadable ‘at a glance’ guide and lists of suggested reading.
You’ll find that it all makes learning and development visible, readily available and easy to access, essential in a future where we encourage self-development with the opportunity to stretch, challenge and grow.
We’ve even taken into consideration how we all learn in a different way, so we’ve put in place a range of approaches and suggestions to make learning even more appealing.
And this is just the beginning. Built on the foundations of the leadership behaviours, we will continue to evolve the Gateway to meet the needs of our business and our people.
We’ve set out to make an even more robust approach to learning across Endsleigh that meets the needs and expectations of our people, which is quite simply:
You’re learning as you work and through the people you interact with, so you’ll be encouraged to keep a Learning Log to record the things which inspire you and deepen your understanding along the way.
You’ll also benefit from Workshops that will take you out of your work environment to think about how to do things differently.
Wherever possible, we’ll support you in achieving professional qualifications relevant to your expert area and career path. You’ve just got to identify what that might be and together we can decide if it makes good sense for you and for Endsleigh. In some roles, it’s essential to have CII qualifications.
