Our People & Development team is split into four areas:
Business Partners work with our business leaders to translate the people plan into effective actions. Coaching managers in core people practices to achieve strong results throughout the business.
Organisational Effectiveness & Resourcing design and orchestrate the people element of change projects, while also acquiring, building and retaining talent across the organisation.
Learning & Development align their activity with business ambitions by identifying development needs, designing solutions and delivering training that meets our individual and collective development needs.
Internal & External Communications develop and deliver communications strategies that keep our colleagues up-to-date and aware of the great things we do. They also work with external partners to promote and increase awareness of Endsleigh's offering across all media channels whilst protecting the company's reputation
