The team here take care of every aspect of our home and motor, from designing products with our insurers, through to their delivery, including managing customer experience and engagement. We work with our strategic partners to deliver transformational change while still ensuring customers benefit from the right products at the right price. We also work with price comparison sites to ensure we use them most effectively, deliver volume and differentiate ourselves in this highly competitive market.
Our Specialist MFU work with our student markets and other niche markets developing current and new schemes and providing specialist product, pricing and insurer relationship support. The team here know the market inside out, are analytical and experienced in successfully developing and growing accounts. We think differently about the challenges and carefully analyse the data and risk management information, then we aim to deliver innovative solutions.
We provide commercial and financial products and interact on a daily basis with both direct and commercial customers to give them impartial and value-added advice. Our specialist teams include Let Property, Charity, Education, Sports, Financial and Woodstock Insurance Brokers (a subsidiary of Endsleigh that specialises in non-standard property insurance). Continued growth in this area is driving significant change in our processes and systems to make product delivery more efficient.
