Sean Kennedy
Learning & Development Advisor
Before Endsleigh, I was at university studying Geography and History. I decided to join after visiting a Recruitment Fair, where I found out great things about the company. I’ve now been here for three and a half varied years – and I’ve loved every minute. In that time I’ve moved around and completed lots of training that’s improved both my professional and soft skills (things like how to manage people). When I first started I was in the Sales team but now I’m in Learning and Development. In my current role, a typical day is extremely varied: I could be training people all day, or designing and writing materials in preparation for training. I enjoy this job immensely; it gives me a real buzz. But of course it does come with its challenges, like presenting to a lot of people, sometimes at senior level. But when I meet a challenge, the buzz afterwards and positive feedback are hugely rewarding for me. I’d recommend working here to anyone because of the family feel within the business and the fantastic opportunities to get on in your career.
