Holidays

You'll receive a generous holiday entitlement starting at 22 days for full-time employees rising to 25 days after two years and 27 days after 10 years (excluding national and bank holidays).

Salary

We pay our employees what they are worth to us. Training, performance, experience and sales all add up to a clear picture of what you contribute to the company and that is reflected in your salary.
You can add to your salary by creating sales opportunities for other parts of the business for Commercial, Life or Travel policies or even by introducing new employees.
