Insurance Consultant – Motor Sales

I’m working part-time here while studying for a degree in animal biology. The chance to work part-time is perfect for me and on top of that they really look after you as well. A typical day in my job depends very much on the customer – they can determine whether you have a great day or a difficult day! Some days are busier than others, like bank holidays and Sundays when people sit down and review their policies. There are targets to be met and we do get bonuses, which are clear, so you know what you have to achieve in terms of numbers of sales. I enjoy the job security, the people and the fact that it’s a solid organisation. The managers are quite young in Motor Sales (mid to late 20s) so it’s clear that Endsleigh do believe in promoting their people. It’s a good place to work. So much so that I’ve recommended someone for the role of Insurance Consultant (it’s his first day today!). The incentive scheme for recommending people is great. It’s not the driver in recommending someone, but naturally it does help!
