Our Customer Service team answers every question and problem that our clients ring us with (apart from claims). That’s why our Customer Service Consultants need to be great communicators and be able to answer questions about policy cover – and make the complex straightforward.
A three-tier grade system and sales targets make this a challenging and rewarding career for a whole range of candidates from school leavers to those experienced in sales and customer service.

Then there’s our National Business Development Team of account executives and managers. Field-based, they’re responsible for developing our brand across a certain number of customers such as student unions, and maintaining the personal and working relationship. They plan their diaries, meet their contracts, and we provide everything else they need from a car to sat nav and broadband.
Different roles require different levels of experience, however, as a minimum you will have at least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications/experience.
