Fraudulent Claims
Before coming to Endsleigh I was at school and when it came to choosing between going to university and getting a job, a friend mentioned Endsleigh. At first I wasn’t sure if I was making the right decision choosing work over uni, but I’ve loved it from the moment I started – and it’s only got better. It’s my role to investigate if there are any concerns about a claim. We’ve recently seen a real increase in fraudulent claims; it’s a really interesting job – especially when you see some of the things people try to get away with! A typical day will see me taking calls from clients, phoning people, dealing with the necessary post and investigating reports. I’m 19 and, for this age, my salary is really good. My colleagues are lovely and the environment and managers are great. I make use of the on-site gym and also go running with a friend from work around the country lanes. And we have a social committee, and do things like a trip to London to go Christmas shopping! It’s hard work too, of course: you do have targets to meet. But it’s also a place of teamwork and fun.
