We’re proud of our culture. And we think our people are too. After all, many of our new joiners are referred to us by existing employees. But just what is it about us that’s worth recommending?
For a start, we don’t like to think of ourselves as hierarchical. Of course, you’ll have a line manager when you join us. But they’ll be someone who’s remarkably approachable and open to your ideas and suggestions.
This adds up to an empowering culture in which you can really make a difference. If you want some more comfy seating in the chill out area, or specific training in a certain area, just say so and we’ll see what we can do!
We’re also a very sociable, get up and go bunch. You can get involved in our sports teams and social club activities – but only if you want to, of course! We even have a Leisure Officer who’s there to tailor gym programmes for you and organise sporting activities.
And regardless of which area of the business you join, you’ll soon find out that we’re passionate about our employees and training them. But we don't want training to be boring or to happen for the sake of it. We want it to be like the rest of Endsleigh – it's hard work but we hope you will enjoy it along the way. We don't want to lecture you – we want to show you your hidden potential and help you to achieve it.
