The Claims Service
Based in our Regional Office in Burnley, Lancashire, The Claims Service is an outsourced Claims Handling Service which means that other insurers pay us a fee to manage claims for their clients on their behalf.
Why? Because we have a state of the art IT system, quality employees and a history of results that prove that we can offer a valuable combination of customer service, technical knowledge and economic claims settlements.
We are recruiting both Claims Assistants and Claims Handlers, we look for candidates with at least five GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English) to graduates of all ages and through to experienced claims professionals.
Roles in customer service, claims value negotiations, fraud investigation, liability enquiries and personal injury claims means there are a range of skills required to learn and develop and specialist areas to work in. As the business grows opportunities will follow.
