  • The company provided training and financial support to help me towards achieving a Diploma in Insurance. The company also arranges a number of insurance product training sessions delivered by our insurance partners over the course of the year. Endsleigh have helped me to develop my soft skills, through workshops on personal impact, developing business relationships and delivering memorable presentations.
  • How does your role make a difference at Endsleigh?
  • I manage the Charities team that provide a specialist insurance service to over 800 organisations. I’m responsible for the strategic direction of the team, management and development of the people along with delivery of the budget.
  • What would you tell a candidate to make them consider joining Endsleigh?
  • Endsleigh is a welcoming company where everyone is accessible, one day you could be speaking to a cleaner and the next day in the sandwich queue chatting to the Managing Director. Endsleigh will give you the opportunities and support to develop your own careers and they are very good at spotting and developing talent. I’m proud on the fact that I’ve worked my way from the bottom level to the management position I hold now.
