  • What should I expect at an interview?
  • Unless told otherwise, your interview will usually comprise of a run through your career history and a series of competency based interview questions. Also a chance for you to find out more about the role and to ask any other questions you might have about working here at Endsleigh.
  • When applying for Sales, Service & Claims what is the assessment process like?
  • Typically for Sales, Service & Claims positions after an initial telephone interview, we will invite you to an assessment centres, these will often last for around half a day. You will get to experience role based exercises including group, individual and role plays with our experienced Team Leaders. If you are successful at the telephone interview stage we will be provide more details nearer the time.
  • What should I bring with me to interview or assessment centres?
  • You should bring your passport or Full Birth Certificate and NI Card, as proof of work entitlement in the UK, as well as proof of qualifications from the last 5 years. Also as with all interviews we recommend that you get to know more about us and the role you are applying for before the interview so you can ask questions you might have that you so you go away feeling you have all the information you need.
  • What is the dress code at Endsleigh?
  • We have a smart business dress code, which typically means shirt and trousers/skirt or work smart dresses. For interviews and assessment centres we would always recommend that you are more formal so a suit or similar would be appropriate.
  • How do I find out about the latest career opportunities at Endsleigh?
  • All our roles are advertised on this site, but if there isn’t anything here currently that you are interested in, please set up a job alert where you will be sent the opportunities that you are seeking as and when the role is made live by the Resourcing Team.
  • How soon should I hear about my application?
  • You should receive an initial response to thank you for your application, after that you should hear from a member of the Resourcing Team within 48 hours as to whether your application has been successful or not. If you ever have any questions please contact us.
  • What background checks will you carry out?
  • We carry out pre-employment checks on all new colleagues. This includes an Identity and Adverse Financial Check and three year Occupational History check. We have outsourced pre-employment checks to Experian Background Checking and once you have been offered a position, you will be contacted directly by Experian.
